Hola! I’m Karla, a proud San Franciscan with vibrant Nicaraguan roots. I was raised in a large family in a diverse San Francisco neighborhood. My love for the land and travel came from spending summers with my grandparents at their rustic farm in Nicaragua and visits to Mexico City. These early experiences taught me the joy of food and how we are all connected—whether via the sound of Mariachi, a plate of rice and beans, or the spice of a delicious salsa.

At Pass The Sauced, we craft salsas that honor these cherished traditions, bringing the bold flavors of my heritage straight to your table. My goal is simple: to help you savor, share, and celebrate food with those you love.
